Guarantee applies only to new Cable ONE Business customers who subscribe to coaxial-based internet, phone and TV services only or existing customers who subscribe to a new business internet, phone or TV product during the promotional period. Guarantee shall not apply to fiber-based services, Ethernet services, carrier services or bulk services.
Refunds will consist of the money paid for the service(s) cancelled but does not include: long distance/international phone charges, installation fees, construction costs, or lost or damaged equipment. In no event shall the refund or credit exceed $500. Customer must request service cancellation and refund within 30 days of service installation date.
If customer continues to receive any service other than the discontinued service after requesting a refund or credit under the Money Back Guarantee, customer may lose bundle discounts on the continuing services.
